Refund policy

At Retro Digitals, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. All items are tested before shipping to ensure they are fully functional and accurately described. If an issue arises, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact info@retro-digitals.com.
We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Returns are accepted in the following situations:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is not as described

  • Or the buyer wishes to return the item for another reason, as long as it is returned in the same condition it was received and all accessories are included

All returns are inspected. If the item is fully functional or differs from its original condition, the refund may be adjusted or declined.


Return Fees

  • Defective / not-as-described items: Returns are free.

  • All other return reasons: Buyer pays a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Item must be returned in the same condition, with all accessories

  • No signs of impact, moisture, physical damage, or misuse

  • Serial numbers must match


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

For returns that are not due to the item being defective or not as described, the refund will be reduced by a 15% restocking fee.

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days once approved.

We do not offer direct exchanges, but we review individual cases.
