- Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to best meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
- Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The item received is not as described.
- The item is defective.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be shipped back in their original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@retro-digitals.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
