Compatibility

  • Memory card slots: full-size SD cards and microSD cards, also called TF cards. Check card capacity and format support for your device.
  • Host connection: USB-C. For computers, tablets and phones that support external storage or USB OTG, including supported USB-C iPhones.
  • USB-A port: for a compatible USB flash drive.
  • This reader does not have dedicated xD-Picture Card, Memory Stick or CompactFlash slots.

What's included

How to transfer your photos

Insert your camera's card and connect the reader to a supported device. Open Files, Photos or your device's file manager to browse or import supported files. The import method depends on the device and operating system.

Common questions

Does it work with an iPhone?
Use it with a supported iPhone that has a USB-C port. An iPhone with a Lightning port needs a Lightning-compatible reader.

Will a 2GB SD card from an old digicam fit?
It has a full-size SD slot. Check your device's storage support; our 2GB standard SD card is a separate product.

Shipping and Handling

  2. Shipping Methods: Free economy shipping on U.S. orders. International and expedited shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
  4. Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  5. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  1. The item received is not as described.
  2. The item is defective.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be shipped back in their original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@retro-digitals.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
