The Olympus Stylus Tough 6000, released in 2009, features a 10MP 1/2.3” CCD sensor, a 3.6x optical zoom lens, and a 2.7” LCD screen. It's waterproof up to 10 feet (3m), shockproof from 5 feet (1.5m), and freezeproof down to 14°F (-10°C). It also records VGA video (640x480) and includes digital image stabilization and scene modes.

Praised for its compact toughness and soft, warm color rendering, the Tough 6000 is a favorite among digicam fans who want aesthetic and adventure. Whether you're capturing underwater pool shots, ice-cold landscapes, or flash-lit friend pics, this camera’s color tones and compact build keep it fun and functional.

An xD-Picture Card is included. For an optional spare memory card, choose a 1GB or 2GB xD-Picture Card.

Prefer microSD? The Tough 6000 also supports a MASD-1 microSD adapter with a compatible microSD or microSDHC card. The adapter is optional, and the microSD card is sold separately.
