Use a supported microSD card in an Olympus digital camera with MASD-1 attachment support. This yellow adapter is a practical option for specific Olympus models, rather than a universal replacement for xD-Picture Card.

Compatibility

  • Required: an Olympus camera whose manual explicitly supports the MASD-1 microSD attachment.
  • Card: a microSD or microSDHC card supported by that camera. Do not assume microSDXC or higher capacities will work.
  • Not for Fujifilm cameras or other cameras simply because they have an xD slot. Never force the adapter into a slot.
  • Examples of models with MASD-1 support include FE-3010, FE-360, FE-370, FE-4000, FE-46, FE-5010, µ-9000 / Stylus-9000 and SP-590UZ. Check your model's card and capacity limits before ordering.

How to use it

Insert a supported microSD card into the attachment, then fit it into the powered-off compatible camera as shown in its manual. Back up existing files before formatting. To transfer photos, remove the microSD card and use a compatible microSD reader.

Common questions

Will it work with any camera that uses xD-Picture Card?
No. It requires explicit MASD-1 support. An xD slot alone is not enough.

Can I still use panorama features?
Some camera panorama features require an original Olympus xD-Picture Card. Check your manual if panorama support matters to you.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Conditions for Return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@retro-digitals.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
